Our story

Established in Bangkok some 60 years ago and operating in Hatyai for over 25 years, Tiger brand noodle factory is well-known in the south of Thailand for its consistent quality. A careful selection and mixture of suitable rice varieties, a timely fermentation process and a close monitoring of the steaming process all work together to ensure this quality is persistent every day. Our perfected noodle recipe and years of experience make sure we can confidently claim to make the best fresh rice noodles in the region.

Both our noodles and the production process are regularly inspected by various agencies, certifying that the quality is sustained.
